Why Your Support Matters
As a nonprofit community organization, TVFC may solicit and promote sponsorships and fundraising activities to support the following purposes:
- Cover club operating expenses
- Enhance member programming and team needs
- Fund facility improvements and club development
- Support community outreach programs
FUNDING POLICIES
DONATING PROCEDURE
All monetary and in-kind donations received from club members, sponsors, or community contributors must be submitted to the TVFC Treasurer for deposit into the general club fund. Allocation of these funds will be made in accordance with any donor restrictions and IRS charitable giving guidelines. Donation receipts will be issued when appropriate.
FUNDRAISING
TVFC may organize club-wide fundraising initiatives to benefit both the club’s operating budget and, when applicable, provide support to individual member or event budgets. The Fundraising Committee will determine the percentage of net proceeds—if any—that will be distributed to specific club funds.
All funds raised at the club must be submitted to the Treasurer and processed through the club's general financial system.
